It is also known as bitter plain chocolate which has little bitter taste which has countless health benefits. Dark chocolates are a blender of cocoa powder and ghee for its smooth texture. Cocoa powder, ghee is conched by using a double boiler method and it is allowed for 5-6 hours for set.

Milk chocolates are a blender of powdered milk, milkmaid, and ghee for its smooth texture. These mixtures undergo refining process, tempering and so on for rich and chocolaty texture and it is allowed for 5-6 hours for set.

Raisins White chocolates are a blender of powdered milk, milkmaid, ghee for its smooth texture and raisins. These mixtures undergo a refining process, tempering for its rich and chocolaty texture. Then raisins are added in tempered white chocolates and it is allowed for 5-6 hours for set.
